For the characteristic of stability of an atmosphere which defines ground wind- diffused carry polluting an aerosol, in settlement schemes of carry of an impurity in a ground atmosphere it is offered " conditionally - climatic т parameter " m which is calculated on long-term climatic data. This parameter states an adequate estimation of instability of a ground layer of an atmosphere in models of carry of an aerosol impurity. It also is effective for carrying out of
preliminary researches on optimum accommodation of the large enterprises with greater cubic capacity toxic emissions in an atmosphere.
