Abstract

Air pollution of Kvemo Kartli with microaerosols has been studied on the example of Rustavi, the industrial center of this region. The obtained results are compared, to the data of the observation point of the National Environment Agency, as well as the data of our experimental measurements. It is accepted that auto transport and industrial facilities contribute equally to the pollution of the atmosphere of c. Rustavi with microaerosols (PM2.5 and PM10). It was also revealed that PM10 concentrations are always higher than PM2.5 concentrations and often exceed the respective maximum allowable concentrations (MACs). These theoretical conclusions are in good agreement with the experimental material.
