Abstract

For the purpose of differentiated assessment and mathematical modeling of the economic load on water resources, the article presents empirical formulas and algorithms developed by the author. These algorithms allow the calculation of the water management balance both in the case of lack or unreliability of statistical materials, as well as in the case of forecasting studies.
