It is noted that the potential of artificial intelligence is unlimited in the world, and it is being gradually integrated into the management of meteorological processes and various fields of science.
The paper considers neural network design algorithms as one of the promising areas of the Artificial Intelligence discipline, and based on their analysis, a new concept of network design and its implementation algorithms are proposed.
It is noted that intensive work is underway to develop artificial neural systems, which allow for solving many problems as quickly as possible.
