Tbilisi Urban Ecological Problems

Abstract

The ecological problems caused by the urban planning and construction “boom” of urbanized Tbilisi, the gradual reduction of green cover and the “emergence” of high-rise buildings are a dangerous phenomenon. In the article, is discussed the districts of Tbilisi, the right and left banks of the Mtkvari River. We paid special attention to the situation in my residential area - Chugureti, where there is little greenery and many buildings, a lot of public and private transport and active movement of the population near the metro.
