Impact Of Mineral Water From Khikhadziri Village, Khulo District, On Rattus Internal Organs

Abstract

We investigated the effects of chloride-sulfate, hydrocarbonate, and silicic mineral water from Khikhadziri village in the Khulo district on the rattus body, in the conditions of 30 day-long of oral administration. The experimental group of 10 rattus, with a body weight of 200 g, received mineral water for 30 days along with a standard diet, while 10 animals from the control group received tap water during the same period. Specimens, excised from internal organswas fixed in 4% formalin solution. The material was stained with hematoxylin-eosin. Description of preparations was carried out under and microphotoes were taken by a light microscope Ergeval-MF. The study of the histological structure of the rattus internal organs was carried out on the liver, stomach, and spleen samples
