Abstract
The study of the chemical composition of the pits of cherry plum (Prunus cerasifera) fruits, the development of innovative technologies for the valorization of plant materials and processing waste in order to reduce the negative impact on the environment using the principles of the circular economy. Up to 40% of the oil is obtained from the cherry plum pits, according to the GC (gas-liquid chromatography) data, the predominant composition of oleic acid (62%) was determined.
