Scientific Perspective Of Using Citrus Fruits Processing Waste, Environmental And Economic Aspects

Abstract
In the article it is reviewed the global problem that exists in the world, which is created using a linear economic model of industrial processing of citrus fruits. After the production of the products, the wastes, which are rich in biologically active substances and are thrown into the landfill, pollute the environment and represent a major problem for the food industry. It is shown how important it is to use the circular economy model to return cheap raw materials, mandarin fruit waste, to the production of innovative products of high biological value.
